Meet the team

Hello,
my name
is Natasha

Natasha Carracher Speech Pathologist

Natasha is a Speech Pathologist with a keen interest in early language development and social communication. She completed her Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Music before undertaking the Master of Speech Language Therapy Practice degree at the University of Auckland.

With interests in cognition and neuroscience, Natasha subsequently worked as a Speech Language Therapist in brain injury rehabilitation. This experience gave her unique skills in working to achieve functional goals, collaborating closely with colleagues in other disciplines, and supporting clients with cognitive-communication difficulties. A major part of Natasha’s work was supporting clients to develop insight into social communication challenges and strategies to manage these. Natasha is an advocate for neurodiversity and strives to conduct her therapy within a neuro-affirming model.

In 2024 Natasha will become certified in the Hanen ‘More Than Words’ program for supporting children with early language skills and social communication. Natasha has recently moved to Geelong with her husband and 1-year-old son. In her spare time she enjoys visiting the beach with her family, playing the guitar, and exploring Victoria.
