Holly Trounce Senior Speech Pathologist

Holly has 8 years of experience as a paediatric Speech Pathologist, having worked in both community health and in NDIS services. She has previously trained as a Key Worker delivering services in a transdisciplinary model, which led her to specialise in early intervention.

She is passionate about working with families to achieve functional outcomes by providing capacity building support within natural environments. Holly strongly advocates for multidisciplinary teamwork, working closely with other services including other allied health professionals and educators. She has trained in both the Hanen More Than Words and Talkability parent education programs and has extensive experience working with autistic children.

When she is not at work, Holly is spending time with her family; she and her husband are kept very busy with their two young sons and giant golden retriever! Holly also loves to cook, read and spend time with her friends in her down time.
