Let's Yarn School Holiday Group

Build social confidence in a supported environment

Our Let’s Yarn Social Group is back for the September school holidays, and we’re excited to welcome children aged 7 years and up. 

Join us at our clinic in Geelong for a fun-filled session, meeting new friends and getting creative together.

Led by our Speech Pathologists, the program offers gentle social coaching and encouragement as children engage in meaningful activities and build social confidence.

What to expect

Meet like-minded friends who enjoy crafting
We offer a small-group setting (maximum of 4 students per group) to give your child lots of opportunity to build social confidence in a supported environment.

Practice communication and peer interaction skills
This happens in real, everyday moments, like navigating turn-taking, sharing ideas and enjoying each other’s company.

Engage in fun, hands-on activities
From paint by numbers, to diamond art and dot painting – no experience is needed. Our team will offer plenty of encouragement along the way!

Where possible, we group participants with like-minded peers so they can connect and communicate comfortably within the group.
