Caitlin Jolly - Director - Interact Speech Pathology

Caitlin Jolly

Founding Speech Pathologist

From a young age, Caitlin was surrounded by people who cared deeply for others — her dad was a dedicated school teacher, and her aunt a compassionate palliative care nurse.

Caitlin always felt drawn to helping children find their voice — first as a babysitter and nanny, and later through her career as a children’s speech pathologist. Her experience in education and community health, both in Australia and the UK, has shaped a compassionate, whole-child approach that values communication and emotional wellbeing.

In 2003, Caitlin founded Interact Speech Pathology to make autism and communication assessment services more accessible for families in the Geelong region. At the time, local options were limited, and she wanted to change that.

What began as a small, family-focused practice has since grown into a trusted local service known for its warmth, collaboration, and evidence-based care. Today, Caitlin continues to see clients, mentor graduate speech pathologists and speech pathology team, and share her expertise with educators through professional learning sessions.

She loves being part of a like-minded team that advocates for children and celebrates every little win along the way.
